About Premium Comfort

Premium Comfort LLC is a family owned business that was recently established by Eric Merlan in September 2018.

Eric decided to pursue his career in the HVAC industry after serving honorably in the U.S. Army for 5 years. After 7 years of working with major companies around the Houston area he decided to become a business owner.

The idea grew after many of his customers would ask “are you the owner?”. The importance of providing our customers comfort with premium service brought the idea of naming the company “Premium Comfort LLC”.

Our mission is to provide the highest level of services with quality work and unwavering commitment to excellence in Air Conditioning & Heating services. We take pride in believing that “Your Comfort is Our Priority”.
